Things to know

Guests may rent one of our luxury vehicles and park at the property for free.
Lastly, please note that smoking inside the apartment and on the balcony of Emaar property is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere will result to forfeiture of the full security deposit.
Additionally, there is a charge of AED 500 from your security deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least five days before the check-in date. Cancellations made within five days of the check-in date will be non-refundable.
