1. The booking is non-refundable and the reservation date can only be changed up to one week prior to the original reservation.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use any type of loudspeakers or to raise the volume of any device, taking into account not to disturb the adjacent villas.
3. The tenant is fully responsible forthe pool and what may happen inside the villa, such as drowning or injuries.
4. The villa management is not responsible for any missing belongings or items left in the villa.
5. Smoking is strictly forbidden both inside and outside the villa.
6. Fireworks and confetti are strictly prohibited on the premises.
7. No pets are allowed.
