Insurance is 1000 paid in cash at check in and returned at check out if no damages occur. If the booking is for an event the insurance amount is 2000 QAR.
Check in at 3 PM.
Check out at 12PM (500 QR will be taken for every hour of delay).
Reservation amount is non-refundable.

Things to know

General Rules
Loud speakers are not allowed.
Noise volume should be respectful, taking into account the villas nearby.
Cars must be parked in the parking lot outside the villa.
The villa management is not responsible for the loss or damages of any belongings inside the villa.
Drinking alcohol is prohibited.
Pool Rules:
Glassware is not allowed in the pool or outside the pool.
Do not bring food or throw any waste into the pool.
Sunbeds should be covered with towels before applying tanning oil.
Event Rules:
The movement of furniture in the living room and bedrooms is not allowed.
Do not stick any stickers on the walls.
Do not use snow sprays, threads, or paper fireworks.
Do not hammer any nails into the floors or walls.
Return the place back in clean condition.
Music volume should be moderate and not loud.
Turn off the sound system outside by 10:30 PM.
Failure to follow these rules will result in the complete deduction of the insurance amount.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations.
The customer can reschedule the reservation date to a different date, provided it is done at least a week before the scheduled date, and they can choose any other date throughout the year.
