Property Use Rules

- Guests must maintain the property and avoid damage; repair costs will apply if items are broken.
- Horse riding is not included and not part of the resort’s responsibility.
- Events are allowed up to 80 guests maximum.
- Standard gatherings should not exceed 25–30 guests.
- Please respect noise levels and the surrounding farm environment.

Multiple outdoor seating areas, a large central courtyard, and a dedicated children’s play zone make the resort ideal for families and gatherings. Additional conveniences include a washing machine, iron, bathroom essentials, kitchen basics, WiFi, air-conditioning throughout, and private parking with a secure entrance. The resort hosts gatherings of 25–30 guests and can accommodate events of up to 80 people. Please note that a toaster and dishwasher are not available.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 500 AED non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the deposit. Full payment before entry is non-refundable for same-day cancellations.
