The rest house includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a bar-style counter, shaded seating areas, multiple outdoor majlis setups, and a dedicated BBQ zone.

A large open courtyard provides ample space for private events, gatherings, and celebrations, making the property ideal for families and small groups. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to review the following guidelines:

- Please keep the property clean and return it in the same condition in which it was received.
- Alcohol is not permitted on the premises, and we kindly ask that all guests respect local customs and public etiquette.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the majlis, bedrooms, or pool area to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment.
- Speakers may be used at a considerate volume to avoid disturbing neighboring properties.
- Charcoal and fire should be used only in the designated BBQ area for safety reasons.
- We kindly request that furniture and décor remain in their original places to preserve the setup.
- Any accidental damage to the property or its facilities will be the guest’s responsibility.
- The property owner is not liable for any lost personal belongings.
- Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool, as their safety is our top priority.
- To maintain water quality, please avoid throwing waste or food into the pool and refrain from using oils or soap while swimming.
- Security cameras are installed at the main entrance for monitoring entry and exit only; no indoor areas are covered.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- For private events or gatherings, kindly coordinate with BaytTravel before booking.
- Please park vehicles only in the designated parking area.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms

- A security deposit of AED 1,000 is required for regular bookings and AED 2,000 for events. The amount is refundable after verifying the condition of the property and its facilities.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled one day before the check-in date.
- Booking changes or cancellations must be made at least four days before the reservation date.
- A fee of AED 100 will be charged for every 15 minutes past the agreed check-out time.
