The Golden Oak Tree Villa

Located in Al Khor, this unique staycation offers an ideal proximity to the beach, mall, and Bayt Stadium. The accommodation features a total of 4 bedrooms and 8 beds, complemented by an aesthetically pleasing living room. Guests can enjoy their very own games room, a private pool, and an outdoor seating area complete with a barbecue station.

- Cars must be parked in the parking lot outside the villa.
- The villa management is not responsible for the loss or damages of any belongings inside the villa.

Pool Rules:
1. Wear swim-specific attire.
2. Children wearing diapers should use swim diapers.
3. The use of glassware is not allowed around or inside the pool.
4. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Running around the pool area is prohibited.
6. In case of emergencies, please contact 999.

Pool Information:
1. Size: 6 * 7 square meters.
2. Depth: From 1 meter to 1.5 meters.
3. Pool water heating: Used only in the winter and operated by the pool company. It is not operational in the summer or upon request.

- Check in at 3 PM
- Check out at 11:30AM-12PM (100 QR will be taken for every hour of delay)
- Reservation amount is non-refundable
- If the guest fails to show up on the agreed-upon day, the paid amount will not be refunded.
- The guest undertakes that they are families or couples and commits to providing documentation to confirm this. It is strictly prohibited for men and workers to enter the chalet without prior identification.
- Engagement and wedding parties are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking cigarettes or shisha inside the villa is not allowed.
- Drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
